Returns: Our return policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchange (if applicable): If, by any chance, we send you the wrong or a faulty product, you have the right to return the item in its original condition within 7 days of your purchase. You can get a replacement product at no additional cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email, and your required item will be shipped within 4 to 5 working days.

Refund: If you have received your item and are not satisfied, we accept returns for a refund. Refunds are applicable only if the item is in its original condition. A 20% service charge will be deducted from the refund payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. If the issue persists, contact us at support@rmgtraders.pk

Sale Items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@rmgtraders.pk and send your item to the 237-B Punjab Co-Operative Housing Society

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
